Cooking Class at BuilitNpro

We were invited by the hotel to join a cooking lesson. The Executive Chef, Christopher Christie, did the cooking demonstration of two desserts:
1) Banana & Toffee Creme Brulee
2) Maple Crepes

Dinner at Tsimshatsui










We had a dinner at La Luck Thai Restaurant at Tsimshatsui. The food was spice and I could only eat a little.

I have suffered from digestive problems since February.
